A Business Transformation specialist for over 15 years, Marjan has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate and business development. Marjan has supported leaders that are navigating change in business, working closely with executives and their teams.
Marjan’s expertise is in strategic organisational change, optimising team dynamics and company culture, coaching and training individuals and teams to better respond and adapt to business opportunities and challenges. Marjan is dedicated to propelling businesses going through transformation, ensuring sustainability, resilience and consistency of team performance as the business operates and navigates through states of no change, down turns as well as growth.
Marjan takes a bespoke, wholistic approach to corporate and business development that is beyond standard text-book practices, harnessing both human potential and strategic optimisation.

I have an academic foundation in both International Business Management and a master's degree in Digital Marketing. My academic journey has equipped me with a versatile skill set spanning strategy, management, data analytics, content creation, and creative marketing. In my pursuit of a master's degree, I delved deep into the world of digital marketing. I gained hands-on experience in campaign management, content creation, website landing pages, data analytics, and CRM systems. This diverse skill set enables me to craft digital strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results. Beyond academia, I am deeply enthusiastic about the creative side of marketing. I enjoy content creation and video production, leveraging these skills to tell compelling stories that captivate audiences.
Outside of work, I am a social media content creator specifically for music. As an independent artist, singer, and songwriter, I channel my creativity into video creation and editing. This dual passion fuels my ability to approach digital marketing not only as a skill but as a genuine form of artistic expression.

Outside academia, I’m passionately involved in fashion photography, which sharpens my eye for detail and enriches my visual storytelling capabilities. This creative pursuit complements my professional skills, enabling me to translate artistic expression into digital marketing success.
